Asklöv

El gorro Asklöv es el proyecto que estaba en mis agujas cuando os hablé de 5 gorros para tejer en invierno y lo he terminado el fin de semana pasado.

El patrón es del número de otoño de Pom Pom Quarterly  y me gustó desde el primer momento, me encantó el diseño de las hojas y el precioso color amarillo con el que estaba tejido.

En mi versión he optado por el color rosa (que es otro de mis colores favoritos) para aprovechar unos ovillos de DROPS Alpaca  que tenía en casa y así reducir un poquito mi stash.

Creo que es uno de los diseños más bonitos que he tejido hasta ahora y reconozco que me da un poco de pena que se haya terminado el invierno...

Asklöv hat is the project that was on my needles when I told you about 5 hats to knit in Winter and I have finished it last weekend.

The pattern appears in  Pom Pom Quarterly Autumn issue and I liked it since the beginning, I loved the design of the leaves and the beautiful yellow colour it was knitted with.

In my version I have chosen pink colour (which is another one of my favorite colours) to use some  DROPS Alpaca balls I had at home in order to reduce a little bit my stash.

I think it is one of the most beautiful designs I have knitted so far and I have to admit that I feel a little bit sorry that Winter has already finished...

Vuelvo con esta sección que tenía un poco olvidada pero que me gustaría seguir actualizando porque me encanta descubrir a gente creativa y compartir su trabajo.

En esta ocasión es el turno de studiomeez una bonita tienda donde podemos encontrar artículos de punto y tela, así como ilustraciones muy originales.

Me gustan mucho sus creaciones porque son sencillas pero tienen mucho encanto, me parecen el regalo perfecto para los amantes del diseño.

Mis favoritos son los cojines con forma de manzana y el cuadro de la chica con la Monstera (esa planta que está tan de moda ahora).

I am back with this section that I have neglected a little bit but which I would love to continue updating because I love discovering creative people and sharing their work.

In this occasion it is the turn of  studiomeez a nice shop where we can find knitted and fabric goods, as well as very original illustrations.

I like these creations a lot because they are simple but lovely at the same time, I find them the perfect gift for design lovers.

My favorites are the apple shaped cushions and the illustration with the girl and the Monstera (that plan which is such a trend righ now).

La brassière raglan

Después de un pequeño descanso del blog, vuelvo con un conjunto para bebé que hice a principios de enero.

Ya sabéis que me encanta tejer para los más pequeños y me gusta hacer cosas diferentes cada vez  así que en esta ocasión recurrí a mi biblioteca de libros "craft" y recuperé el libro "Tricots Intemporels pour bébés" de Astrid Le Provost  que está lleno de ideas preciosas para tejer en pequeñito. 

Entre todos los patrones escogí "La brassière raglan" (un jersey muy sencillito pero con un corte muy bonito) y "Les petites bottes en alpaga", que ya tejí para este conjunto de bebé rosa. 

El conjunto era para una niña, así que para hacerlo un poco diferente utilicé la lana Katia Basic Merino  en azúl grisáceo que es un color que me gusta mucho y que me parece que queda muy bien con tonos grises.

After a short break from the blog, I am back with a baby outfit I made at the beginning of January.

You already know that I love knitting for the little ones and that I like to make different things each time so on this occasion I went to my craft books libray and I took the book "Tricots Intemporels pour bébés" by Astrid Le Provost which is full of beautiful ideas for tiny knitting.

Among all the patterns I chose " La brassière raglan" (a very simple sweater with a really nice cut) and " Les petites bottes en alpaga", which I already knitted for this pink baby outfit.

The outfit was for a baby girl, so to make it a lit bit different I used  Katia Basic Merino yarn in grey blue that is a colour I like a lot and I think matches perfectly with grey tones.

How do you find it?

Bulky Hat

Hace unas semanas os mostraba una selección de gorros de lana para tejer en invierno y hoy os traigo mi versión de uno de ellos, el "Bulky Hat" de Eveli Kaur.

Sé que ahora que la primavera se ha adelantado parece que no tiene mucho sentido hablar de gorros de lana, pero me gusta tanto como ha quedado que tenía que enseñároslo.

La lana que he utilizado para hacerlo es DROPS Andes en color gris lila y lo he tejido con doble hebra así que ha quedado super gordito pero muy agradable a la vez.

El patrón es muy sencillo y se teje muy rápido así que todavía estáis a tiempo de tejerlo antes de despedir el invierno hasta el año que viene.

A couple of weeks ago I showed you a selection of wool hats to knit in Winter and today I am showing you my version of one of them, Eveli Kaur's "Bulky Hat".

I know that now that Spring has come early it seems a little bit nonsense to talk about wool hats, but I like the result so much that I had to show it to you.

The wool I've used to make it is DROPS Andes in gray lilac colour and I've knitted it using two strands of yarn so it is super bulky but very comfy at the same time.

The pattern is very easy and it is quickly knitted so you are still on time to knit it before we say goodbye to Winter until next year.

P.S: The  Hibiscus, Chai and  Illume hats I knitted for myself last year
