En proceso... / Work in progress...

En este mes no he tenido mucho tiempo para dedicarlo a mis labores pero poco a poco voy recuperando el ritmo y por fin  he podido empezar el proyecto para el que tenía reservada la madeja de "Knit Collage" que compré en Purl Soho en Nueva York.

De verdad, no os hacéis idea de las ganas que tenía de empezarlo y como se teje super rápido  en breve podré enseñaros el resultado.

Ánimo con lo que queda de semana...

During this month I didn't have much time for my crafts but little by little I am starting to recover my pace and finally I could start the project which I had reserved for the "Knit Collage" skein I bought at Purl Soho in New York.

Seriously, you just can't imagine how much I was looking forward to start  it and as it is knitted super fast soon I will show the result.

Muñeca Gorjuss de amigurumi / Gorjuss amigurumi doll

Hace unos meses mi sobrina Nora me pidió que le hiciera una muñeca Gorjuss de amigurumi para su cumpleaños y escogió este modelo que os he enseñado en Instagram.

Para hacerla me he guiado por el patrón de "Mi Muñeca de Ganchillo"  así que no me ha resultado muy complicado ya que sólo he tenido que buscar un vestido y unos calcetines similares en el libro y hacerlos en los mismos colores que los de la muñeca Gorjuss.

Ahora esta muñequita está haciendo compañía a la Peppa Pig que le hice el año pasado.

Some months ago my niece Nora asked me to make her an amigurumi  Gorjuss doll for her birthday and she chose this design I showed you on  Instagram.

To make it I followed the pattern of  "My Crochet Doll" so it wasn't very difficult as I only had to look for a similar dress and socks in the book to make them in the same colours as those of the  Gorjuss  doll.

Now this little doll is making company to the  Peppa Pig I made her last year.

Empiezo el año tejiendo en pequeñito un diseño que ya hice hace algún tiempo pero que no había vuelto a repetir.

Todavía me queda bastante para terminarlo pero con las cosas para bebés siempre me vuelvo impaciente y tengo ganas de terminarlos para ver el resultado cuanto antes.

Espero que hayáis tenido un buen comienzo de año, es el momento perfecto para pensar en todas las cosas bonitas que tenemos por hacer.

I start the year with some wee knitting of a design I already made a while ago but I haven't repeated again.

It will still take me some time to finish it but with things for babies I always get impatient and I am willing to finish them so I can see the result as soon as possible.

I hope you have had a great start to the year, it is the perfect  moment to think about all the pretty things we still have to make.
